Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.beyond-the-uniform.com (the "Site") and the coaching, programs, workshops, speaking services, and free resources offered by Beyond the Uniform Coaching & Consulting Group LLC ("Beyond the Uniform," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, booking a call, or joining a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Coaching Is Not Therapy
Beyond the Uniform provides coaching and education. Our coaching, the OWNIT™ Framework, and our workbooks and other materials are not counseling, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis services, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

No Guaranteed Results
Every person's transition is different. Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and choices. We do not promise any specific outcome, including a job, income, promotion, or business result. Stories or examples we share describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.
Booking Calls and Appointments
When you book a call or session through our online booking calendar, please give accurate contact information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, and missed appointments, may not be rescheduled. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will let you know as soon as we can and offer you a new time.
Programs, Payments, and Refunds
All payments for coaching, programs, cohorts, retreats, workshops, and other services are final and non-refundable. This includes payments for sessions you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, sessions you miss, and any part of a program you do not attend or complete. Program details, such as price, schedule, and payment options, will be shared with you in writing before you enroll or sign an agreement.
Free Resources and Email
When you request a free resource, such as the OWNIT™ Workbook and Daily Declarations Bonus, we will send it to the email address you provide and add you to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails. Our free resources are for your personal use.
Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, program updates, and occasional messages about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy anything or use our services. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Content and the OWNIT™ Framework
The OWNIT™ Framework, the OWNIT™ name, the Beyond the Uniform name and logo, and all content on the Site and in our programs, including workbooks, worksheets, declarations, videos, recordings, slides, and written materials, belong to Beyond the Uniform Coaching & Consulting Group LLC. You may use them for your own personal growth. You may not copy, share, sell, teach, or create programs from them without our written permission.
Group Programs and Community
Our group sessions and communities depend on trust. Please treat other members with respect and keep what others share in confidence. Do not record sessions or share other members' names, stories, or personal information without their permission. We may remove anyone from a group program or community whose behavior is harmful or disruptive.
Links to Other Sites
The Site links to other websites, including veteran resource organizations, podcasts, partners, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Beyond the Uniform Coaching & Consulting Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from your use of the Site, our free resources, or our services. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid us for the service involved.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
