Career development, crisis relief, and community for women veterans.

Founded in 2011 by Navy veteran Ginger Miller, the Women Veterans Interactive Foundation (WVIF) is a national 501(c)(3) that connects, engages, and empowers women veterans with the tools and resources they need for post-military success.
What they offer
- Wellness: help enrolling in VA health care, understanding benefits, and filing claims.
- Safety: Operation Safety Net helps women veterans in crisis with costs like utility bills, security deposits, and gasoline.
- Transition: resume workshops, career coaching, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and leadership development through programs such as Beyond the Transition and the Women Veterans Transition Space.
- Community: membership starts with a free tier, and local chapters meet in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, Virginia; Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Atlanta, Georgia.
