ATLVets (Advancing The Line for Veterans) is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in June 2023. Its focus is leadership development for veterans after service, picking up where the military left off. ATLVets reports reaching more than 16,000 veterans and family members in 2025.

What they offer

  • Leadership Institute: six tracks covering career acceleration (VetOPS), entrepreneurship (Senior Leader Track), the Advanced Manufacturing Pathway, women's leadership, men's development, and faith-based resilience.
  • Advanced Manufacturing Pathway: a 4-week credential program with OSHA 10 certification and employer connections, at no cost to veterans.
  • Monthly events: speaker series, Sweat with a Vet, networking, and workshops across Atlanta. Free to attend, with no membership required.
  • VETLANTA: free quarterly summits that connect veterans, military spouses, employers, schools, and nonprofits around education, employment, housing, entrepreneurship, and healthcare.
  • Career board: job openings from veteran-friendly employers.
